This 30 or 45 minute session is a personalized guided meditation experience designed to support you through a specific situation, emotion, or life transition. Whether you’re moving through grief, heartbreak, loss, or change, this session offers a quiet, supportive space to sit with what’s present and gently explore it through meditation. Each session is thoughtfully curated based on what you share in your booking form, as well as your comfort level with meditation. Whether you’re completely new or have some experience, the pace and guidance are adjusted to meet you where you are. We begin with a short check-in to connect and clarify what you’d like to focus on. From there, you’ll be guided through a meditation created specifically for you, supporting you in processing, softening, or gaining clarity around your experience in a way that feels approachable and grounded.
