About Reiki Healing

Reiki is often described as a gentle form of energy healing that promotes relaxation and well-being. It has been effective in helping illnesses, aches, pains, inflammation, and removing emotional blockages. The goal is to create a soothing experience that can alleviate stress and support overall wellness within the body. Many people describe it as a way to enhance their natural healing processes, similar to how rest or meditation can help restore balance. It's not tied to any specific belief system, so individuals from various backgrounds can find value in it.
